How to verify your identity on Emirex
At Emirex, ensuring the security of your account is our top priority. One essential aspect of this is verifying your identity, a simple process that takes just a few minutes. The verification process consists of two stages: document verification and facial recognition. Follow these steps to complete the verification smoothly:
1 Log in to Your Emirex Account:
- Navigate to the top right corner and click on your profile.
- Select "Account Security."
2 Access KYC Verification:
- Go to the "KYC Verification" tab.
3 Initiate Verification:
- Click on "Start Verification."
4 Follow the Instructions:
- Read and agree to the Personal Data Processing Agreement.
- Click on the agreement field (if you agree) and then press "Next."
5 Select Document Type:
- Choose the type of identity document you want to verify.
- Click "Next."
6 Upload Document:
- Follow the instructions to upload the document.
- Click "Next."
Note: The system will authenticate your document using specialized software. Please adhere to the instructions to save time and facilitate the identity verification process.
7 Facial Recognition:
- After uploading the identity document, the system will prompt you to undergo a facial recognition check.
- Click "I'm ready" and carefully follow the instructions to ensure a smooth process.
8 Review and Edit (if necessary):
- Once facial recognition is successful, the system may allow you to replace the originally provided document if needed.
- Choose "Edit," delete the previous document, upload the new one, and click "Next."
- If you don't want to replace the document, click "Next" to complete the process.
9 Verification Status:
- You will see a notification that your data is being processed.
- The status of your identity verification will be displayed in your account.
10 Confirmation Email:
- You will receive an email regarding the results of the identity verification process.
