What to Do If Your Deposit Has Not Arrived

  1. Check the TXID in a blockchain explorer.
  2. Make sure the transaction is confirmed and has enough confirmations.
  3. Verify that the correct network was used.
  4. Confirm that the address and Memo/Tag (if required) were entered correctly.

If everything is correct but funds are not credited, contact support and provide:

– TXID

– asset

– network

– deposit address

– screenshot from the explorer
