What to Do If Your Deposit Has Not Arrived

Deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations. Timing may vary depending on the network.

Please check

  • the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain;

  • the address and network match the deposit details;

  • the amount meets the minimum requirement.

If everything is correct and the funds are still not credited, contact support and provide your TXID, currency, network, and amount.
